I-983 form - Employer information (Section-3)

Hi all,

Could someone help me with the Start Date of Employment in Section - 3

I am on 17 month STEM OPT, it expires on 11/30/2016 and am a full-time employee with start date 12/28/2015 with my employer.

My college is suggesting to fill 12/1/2016 (first day after my 17 months STEM OPT) near the start date of employment but my employer is suggesting me to fill 12/28/2015.

I am totally confused and not sure what to fill. Could someone please help me with this?
