Hi.. did anybody apply for 24month opt extension after may 10th thru a consultancy employer. If so can you please let me know how the form was filled. I need to complete mine in a few days and my employer is not yet decided on anything.

In that case you will voilate the rule for opt and might lose f1 status down the line... Be careful with opt extension rules... Good luckComment
