I wanna quit my current project, and my current employer. In my employer agreement their was, that i need to give a two weeks of notice before i quit the job and i am ready to give two weeks of notice. But my employer says that if i quit the job by myself then the vendor needs to pay some amount to the client, and my employer needs to pay that amount to the the vendor and my employer is threatening me to pay that amount the next day when i quit the job or else he is going to file a case on me it seems. Please can you suggest me what to do in this situation.
