Initial OPT and then RFE also denied.

Hai all, My SEVIS were transferred the day i registered in the university to other university( before 30 days of arrival into USA ).So the USCIS stating that you are not intended to pursue full course of study in the university ( with which i went for VISA stamping and used to came here ) and failed to maintain F-1 Immigration status.


So please think this in very narrow way and give me your suggestions along with MTR.
