Hello friends, I've recently lost my OPT ead card. I'm eligible to apply for the 24 month STEM extension from May 10th. I read that scan copies of front and back of EAD card is enough to apply for extension. The problem is I have only the front copy NOT the back copy. Is that enough for me to get my extension without any RFE. Also once, extension is approved do we get the same card as OPT ead card?, If so, do I need to apply for a replacement card or just the extension. Need your suggestions. Thanks in advance.
