You intended to study in university A as a full time student but transferred to university B without taking any course of study.
provide you intended to pursue full course of study....Admission process to new university, transcripts ....

You should speak with an attorney immediately. USCIS is questioning your intent at the time of visa issuance and entry. If you came to the US with the intent to immediately transfer and not attend the university you were supposed to, they could allege you committed fraud or misrepresentation.

1.Write a letter in your own words like abt course structure and somethings you dislike in old university.
2.Please ask your old university international admission officer to provide a letter u didn't register or complete any courses
3.if you have your old university application like filling the online application to get admission provide a copy in your evidence
4.Ask your current university dso you finished full course of study in the present univ
5.Attach your transcripts to the evidence and mail them
