OPT Status Delay

Hi
I applied for OPT EAD card on feb 15th and later I got mail stating they received the application on feb 22nd and provided me the receipt number to track the status. Now, it's been more than 50 days and still there is no change in the status. I am worried and there is a job offer for me to start in June 1st week. Can someone, provide me any details with the similar case.

OPT cards can take as many as 90 days to get approved. You can’t even put in a service request until it reaches Day 75. If you have a job offer that will be rescinded, then you can try to put in an expedite request.

DHS website clearly states OPT process takes upto 90 days.

It takes 90 days for Uscis to respond .
