Visiting India on OPT without a job due to medical emergency. Any issues coming back ?

Hi,
I am on OPT started this January and have a medical emergency and I need to travel to India in 2 days.
I have a employment letter from my consultancy but no job yet.

Will I be having any trouble coming back to US in a month or two ?
What all documents do I need from my employer which is just the consultancy in my case.
