Had put an Expedite service request for I 765 Form and got a reply what does this mean?

Hello Guys

Its been 100 days since my case was received for opt I 765. I raised service request for both after 75 and 90 days but got generic reply. Two days back I put an expedite request and i got this reply "Your request has been forwarded to the proper department for further review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly." Can any one tell what does this mean? Will my expedite request will be accepted?

Chandu, I have complex question reg. Summer session enrollment.
I need 3 courses to graduate in this Aug.
1 is taken in class in May known as Maymester.
Of the next two courses, 1 is offered as in class in a 4 week term from Jul to Jul Summer I.
Other course is offered Jun to Aug but online in Summer III and both are required courses.
My ques is will it affect my status as my Summer III course is online and last course or will all three courses be counted under single umbrella of Summer as far Sevis.
