OPT card stuck at NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED

Hi All. I applied for OPT in last year and my case was received on NOVEMBER 5. After long time my case status was changed to NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED on March 7th. It's been One month and I am still showing the same update. I called USCIC several times and yester day I put up Service request and they told me to wait for one more month. Guys out there please help me to resolve this problem because out of 90 unemployment days in opt period I already completed 30 days without getting my OPT card.
