First OPT Rejections

Hello Admins,

1) I heard students who have transferred from Univ A to Univ B, and applying OPT from Univ B opts are being rejected is it true.
2) Should i take part time CPT or Full Time CPT


Please let me know these details

Based on the university which you transferred if you transferred to better university it's ok otherwise you have to send reason for transfer and letter from your previous university.its not a rejection it delays your opt
