MS in law

Hi,


My friend did bachelor's in law in India. She is planning to do MS in, Law, Science and Technology. Right now I have found only Stanford has that course. Do you guys know any other universities which provides this course.

She is yet to write GRE and has two years experience in law in India.
Will she get opt and opt extension if she does MS in law
