Changing colleges impact OPT

Hi,

I have a done one semester from 'ABC' college and transferred to another college 'XYZ' upon my friends recommendation, did one semester here. Recently the XYZ college is facing some problems that students graduated have got so many OPT queries and companies are not willing to apply H1 under master's quota from that college. I don't know what to do now and i'm thinking to change another university which doesn't have any such problems.

If i change to another college ( it will be 3rd college and 2nd transfer), Does it impact my OPT???
