OPT extension filed and need to travel to India

Hello friends,

I filed my OPT extension. It has been 60 days. I need to travel to India at the end of the month. Can I ask USCIS to expedite? Is there any other way, which allows me to travel to India if I don't receive my OPT card? Also, I am applying for H1 this April.
Your advice or suggestions will be sincerely appreciated. Thank you.
