OPT application: I -94 change after travelling

Hello,

I am a grad student at ASU. I will be graduating on 9 May 2016. Before graduation. I will be travelling to India on 13th April and will return aback to USA on 28th April. Meanwhile I have applied for post OPT on 4th March. I -94 that I have submitted USCIS now will be different on 28th April when I will enter USA. While OPT application in process does the change in I-94 while application in process affect OPT application?

Or Do USCIS officers just consider the I-94 at the time of application?

Please guide me through this as I need to go to India on 13th April.
