F2 VISA Query

Hi All,

I am currently my last semester and graduation in MAY-2016. I am working on my CPT as Intern in XXX company and will start working full time on OPT once I graduate. I need to know whether I should send my wife for F2 VISA interview before I start my OPT or after I start my OPT?
