I am on OPT Extension which expires in November 2016. Currently I am unemployed. My employer is saying that without job he can't file H1B. So I am looking for other employers who can file H1 without job. But they are asking $5000. I don't know what to do. Are there any consultancies who file H1 without having job and with no fee.
