Delay in OPT Extension card and employment offer status

I haven't received my OPT extension card.
My case was received to USCIS on Nov 4th but there is no change in status as of now.
My job was done by Jan 31st. I got an offer letter as a full time employment but he wants my OPT Extension card.
Please let me know whether i can utilize the OPT extension unemployment duration during my case process.
Please help me on my next steps.

Not trying to bring your hopes down, I applied for OPT STEM in December and got approved last week and received my EAD yesterday. Have you called them yet?

Nithin, did you get your card?
I applied for OPT STEM at the end of November 2015 and haven't received it yet. Online it says application received.
