Hello DesiOPT. I applied for OPT on oct 29, 2015. my case was received on nov 03, 2015(Nebraska service center). Its been 105 days my case was still showing pending. i called them on 91 day they gave me a complaint number. After two weeks again i called them now they telling that there is 60 days time frame for process your request. what is this time frame. I have graduated from reputed University. why this happening to me. I am worried about the delay.How many days it will take to receive my EAD card. any help greatly appreciated.
