Hi
After a long wait of more than six months I have received RFE for my first OPT. Please see below.
· The name of the course and course code in which you were/are enrolled that requires immediate CPT;
· Evidence that immediate participation in CPT was/is required for your studies;
· Evidence of your current major and that CPT is an essential part of your degree program;
· A dated copy of the cooperative agreement between your CPT employer and University;
· A letter from your CPT employer explaining your job duties and pay; and
· A statement from you explaining how you obtained your CPT employment.
Can anyone help me on this.
