Field of study

Hi,

I graduated in May 2015 with Masters in Biomedical Engineering and recently joined a construction company (glass and glazing) as project engineer. this is not in my field of study but it is engineering. The company will sponsor me and will apply for H1B on April 1st. Will there be any issue regarding out of field of study? Please give me some suggestions.
