Change Employers while OPT STEM Extension application is pending

Hi,
I applied for my OPT STEM Extension in last week of Nov 2015. It's still in pending status. My current EAD expires on Feb 26, 2016. I've to join a company (Everify) on Feb 15th, 2016. They can't delay my joining date. My question is:

1) Can I change employers when my current EAD is valid but OPT STEM Extension is in pending status ?
2) Do I need to reapply for OPT STEM extension if I change employers before my EAD expires ?
3) Do I need to report about my new employer to USCIS or to DSO ?

Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

2. No. As long as the new employer is E-Verify, then you’re fine. Just notify your DSO.
3. Yes, notify the DSO.

I would say keep u r application as it is and report dso after 9 days from joing date .. amend it ib case if u get rfe ..
