OPT card is recalled for biometric issues

I applied to Nebraska Service Center.
10/26/2015 Case was received
01/28/2016 New card is being produced.
my classmates get the status update to "Card is mailed" in three business days, but mine no longer changed. I called the L2 customer service and the man said my card was recalled on 2/2/2016 for biometric issues. I am wondering has anyone met the same situation before?
