I came to usa in Fall 2013 in a stem course masters degree from University XX. I was in my masters program till Aug 2014 but got suspended in the fall 2014 semester so had to go back to India. When I went back to India I had one semester still remaining for my masters. I came back to the same university that is XX in Spring 2015 on a new sevis and new visa. I completed my masters degree in one semester and since I was on a new sevis I cannot avail my OPT so I did not applied for it. I got enrolled in another university YY stem course masters and got my sevis transferred and got my credits from university XX transferred. Now I will graduate with my second masters by May 2016. So my questions are
1) Since i have not applied for OPT can I apply for it now when i graduate as I have a full time offer.
2) I have not done CPT nor OPT after my first masters and both the universities are good and reputed universities so will I have any problems in applying ang getting my EAD card?
3) Also if I get my EAD card can i travel to india fro a week or two will that be a problem since on my visa I have name if university XX and I have my i20 and sevis transferred to university YY?
