Received OPT card with Typo error

Hello

I'm Narendra Varma Vegesna. I received OPT card on Jan 27th, 2016 and found typo error on my card. At the time of processing EAD i requested USCIS to change my name to Narendra Varma Vegesna as i received I797 as Narendra V. Vegesna. I thought this as error and kept service request to USCIS mentioning to be appear as Narendra Varma Vegesna. But as of now i received my card as Narendra Varma Varma Vegesna. Do i need to apply again with payment? what to do now?

hey narendra , how long did it take to get new card . actually i had the same issue i sent my card back ,its been a month but i dint get any response from them . and how did you check the status ? i mean with the same receipt number ?
