I just wanted to highlight one thing never to believe any Indian MNC company...
wanted to bring to notice that my H1B was not filled this year due to delay from one of Indian MNC company end and my OPT would ending on 21st July.

I joined One of MNC company on a contractor and later moved on to Full time employee with the assurance of filing my H1B in April 2013. Since October 2012 I have been following up with my manager regarding the H1B process. On 5th March 2012 my Manager have informed that my H1B process has been initiated. I have uploaded all the required documents the same day itself. Every alternative day I have been raising service ticket with team on my status information. I was never informed that my LCA was not initiated. On March 25nd 2013 they initiated my LCA, which was already a very late start. On March 25th 2013 I have raised a service ticket for my status update and that is when I was informed that that my LCA posting date was pending with manager. By the time I did follow up on for my LCA number it was 26 March and my manager posted my LCA on 27 the March 2013. I was informed that LCA would take 10 working days to get approve. I have also informed the visa team that by the time my LCA gets approved H1B cap quota could get filled and also requested to use already existing proactive LCA for my application. I did multiple follow-ups with visa team asking them to expedite the LCA process but there has been no effort put in place in spite of my several request. LCA was approved on 5th April 2013, USICS announced H1B cap Quota for 2014 was reached and they would be not accepting any application after 5th April 2013. My application was not filled with USCIS.
What shocking is that nobody have informed my status till and still they say email would be sent out once my application is sent which would not happen.

I have requested them to do my L1 or pay for my CPT if I join university. still it has been more than 1 week we sent email to HR for response and still not reply back on the same.

And I heard they would be not doing L1 as we need to be one yr in offshore. And also they would be not paying my school fee's too since it is big organization.

Now they are talking all rules and other stuff .what happened to these rules while initiating my LCA.
After few weeks they replied with CPT option is Ok with them.

Now out of blue they say they are not comfortable running my payroll on CPT after I joined college...

I have learnt a great lesson never ever to believe any company again. I am suffering because of them. It is a big mistake. I am loss at all the ends
