Employer changed after applying to OPT EXT

I have applied to OPT EXT when am with employerA, then after a week I have changed to employerB.

Can I leave it until my application gets approved or If I don't report about employerB my application will not be approved?
or If I report to USCIS about employerB will it delay in my application?
(My DSO suggested to send only i765 form to USCIS, then DSO will also report to USCIS else will wait)
Kindly suggest me guys? Whether can I wait or report immediately.

As long as Employer B is also enrolled in E-Verify, there is no need to wait to report.
