OPT status changed to 'appeal was dismissed'. Please help!!

I have applied for OPT and USCIS has received it on Oct 28,2015. By Jan 28,2016, the 90 day period time frame has ended. On the last day of the time frame, the OPT status was changed from 'Case received' to 'Appeal was dismissed'. However, I never made any appeal to the USCIS regarding my case or any other cases. i have a job offer with me now and i need the OPT card this week as my joining day is in a week. I contacted immigration officer and he said that it could be some technical error. He raised a service request in USCIS to rectify the technical problem and they might respond to that in 15 days. My question is, how many days it might take to resolve the issue and get my OPT as i might loose the offer if i don't join the company within a week. It would be great if any one could share their similar experience with the same OPT status so that i can get relieved from this panic situation.

Why have you not raised a SR regarding passing 90 days? You only raised a SR regarding the incorrect notation in the case status. Raise a SR regarding the fact that your case is pending for more than 90 days.

Even I got the same status. So which means my card is still in progress and it might take a week to get my card? Is that what you said?

Same concern, My status remains unchanged. As I have applied on same date. Still my status shows. "The case received" till today. I think it usually take 60-90 days. Any experience, please share!
