Any help and suggestions are appreciated. Can I mention an unpaid internship at consultancy A in my employment history while applying for full time? Will it be a problem in background check as I just have an offer letter stating that I am hired as an intern? I did not receive any kind of pay so I don’t have any pay stub. The only thing I have is an offer letter. Thank You.
