Three universities transfer can affects CPT/OPT?

Finally I am going to have a start in reputed college now (IIT Chicago) but worried because university is expensive.
And any CPT/ OPT delay or rejection can be a huge cost burden after completion.
Can anyone tell what issues I will face in future because of transfers which I took?
