Hi,
I have applied for stem extension. I did my MS in EE. I worked as Java Intern at XXXX for a period between April 17th and July 20th . Now am at a fulltime and in a proper job.
My i-20 for STEM has both employers reported and I have applied to USCIS by attaching the offer letter of my current employer (as per the advice of the DSO at my univ).
The issue being that I dont have any paystub with my 1st employer and the previous company refuses to provide documentation on that.
With that being case and that I had my DSO informed about my employment status(both companies have reported my current and the previous one). Is there a chance an RFE may arise for my case. All of my other documents are 100% organized and ready except for the time I was with the Consulting Company.
