OPT Card destroyed due to typographical mistake

If its their mistake. Ask them to send it in one day mail delivery. In my case something similar happened And they mailed it within one week with priority mail.

Hi,My OPT was accepted(got acceptance letter) on April 2nd and still it is showing following status message

Card/ Document Production
we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

It's more than 30 days now and I contacted USCIS about this, they said that they destroyed my card as they did some typographical mistake on it.(nothing wrong from my side).After few days they requested me to send 2 photographs and a signature on the letter given, i did sent 2 photos and a signature on the letter. How many days it takes to send my new opt card ?Did anyone in the same boat ?Thank you for your help in this matter.
