Regarding H1 visa Sponsorship

Hello guys,

I have been working for a start up company(A) for about an year and they are willing to sponsor for my H1 visa.

1. We are currently 6 employees working for this company and 4 of them are US citizens.
2. 51% of company(A)'s shares are owned by company(B) with about 5000 employees and a lot of employees on H1 visa.

So, My question is - Is company A eligible to sponsor H1 visa or is there any minimum requirement of number of employees.?
