OPT application in progress and Dismissal from program

Hello I am terminated from the course just before my graduation. i am in my appeal process now and i think it is not in my favor.i have already applied for my OPT and it starts from January. so what are the available options now? is it possible to transfer to different university, my sevis is still active.
what are my chances if i am suspended?
what are my chances if i am terminated?

please help me..
