EAD card delivered but not recieved

[abcd2021]

Hi,

My OPT application status shows that EAD card was delivered but It was not received. I have given my friends address and my friend says he hasn't received my card. Status shows that card was delivered 2 weeks ago.

I contacted USCIS and asked them to send the card to new address, they are saying that I need to wait for 30 days. In these 30 days USPS will send the packet back to them.

Please help me what Can I do now? I am really panicked ...
