OPT decision taking too long

Hello All,

I have applied my OPT on 16th September and after 10 days, i will complete my 90 days waiting period and still my case is pending. My OPT date has already been started since November and still no response from USCIS. I have called them and updated my situation to them. I would to know if I will get my OPT card in hand before 16th December? What should I do in that situation? Does anyone facing a similar issue?

start date of opt is always date requested or date approved which ever is later . as per current timelines opt requests takes about 90 days to process .if it is taking longer than that u can rise a service request to expedite it .
