OPT for second masters Application

Hello Everyone,
Thankyou all in advance

My first masters OPT got denied. I am completing second masters soon So i am going to apply opt. I have few questions regarding OPT Application.

1. In Application Do I need to attach my previous masters i20's too or only current masters i20?
2. My sevies is different for two masters because i re entered from mexico,will it be a problem?

Can anyone please reply.
