OPT Eligible

Hi,


I have a question, my visa stamping on one university but after reaching US I have transferred to another University without even doing my first quarter.

Will I be eligible for OPT ? or Is it mandatory to study 1st quarter in visa stamping university.


Your suggestions are appreciated..
