Regarding missing documents in OPT application

I actually have 2 OPT I-20s. One on which the start date is mentioned and the other which does not have these details. I have put a photocopy of the one that does not have the details by mistake and posted my application. Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

I guess that could be a problem because how USCIS will know about your opt start and end date? they might ask for updated i20
