Hello Guys,
I will be travelling to India for around 40 days. My status is OPT and I have received my EAD card which is good till July 2016. My company is giving me a job letter and a leave letter which shows that I am doing a practical training with them on OPT. My F1 student visa is still valid. In order to travel, I have
1) Valid F1 visa
2) EAD card
3) Signed I-20
4) Job offer
5) Leave letter from my company
Is there still any risk involved in travelling overseas which will be for about a month?
Please guide me through this
