H1 B Transfer & SEVIS Termination

Hi,

I am Kranthi. I have completed my masters in 2014 then I have applied for OPT. In 2015 during my OPT company A has filed for H1 B and it got approved in june.Then I made tranfer to company B in september.I new H1 B got RFE from my company B.On other side, I have applied for STEM OPT in the month of June. I got denial notice and my sevis has got terminated. Presently am out of status.
Could you suggest me the next steps to proceed further?

are company A and B two different clients?

Since you are out of F1 status, the only thing you can do is get the H1B RFE cleared. You could also file a MTR for your STEM extension.
