H4 to - F1 - to H1

Hello,

Can some one please let me know the process of H4 to F1.

Let me explain my current situation, I am having H4 and working in India since 5yrs, as a H4 I cannot work legally.. so few of them suggested me to join any college who provides CPT from day 1, so that I can work based on CPT program. But here the problem is how to get it stamped H4 to F1, do I need to be stamped from India/ US, If it is in India I have already completed my MCA on 2008 so I don't think my F1 visa get stamped.

So some one please help me any other process can I get from H4 to F1 asap.. I planning for Jan - 2016 spring season..

first thing h4 to f1 will take more than 3 months to change .it is suggestable to come to us on h4 and then convert to f1 then you need not got for stamping .i mean u can be here in usa if you apply in usa .h4 to f1 from india is difficult in india because the chances of approval is less when you apply for day one cpt universities .but once you are in usa .it will be easy. you need to fill I 539 and almost 27000 dollars (this depends on the univ) .ping me if you have any questions.ITU.edu still accepting applications till dec 1 .cpt day one is for the people who are in usa and doing second masters .but most of them will give from second semister
