Guys,
As you all aware of recent court ruling and Govt's proposed STEM rule, we still need to comment to get the proposed STEM rule into effect. If we don't comment, there are very good chances that rule may get cancelled. This rule is receiving thousands of negative comments daily. There are examples of few rules which got cancelled before because they received a lot of negative comments.
