Got 2 Years Visa
Hi i hope this site providing alot of information for Desi people i have small query will you help with that. As i got 2 years visa under (221G administrative processing).Do i eligible for 24 or 17 months opt after my studies without 5years stamping on my visa. im pursuing MSCS. Thank You Advance

Yes . visa is just for travel . duration of status is depends on i94 ( for f1 it is till duration of status ) means till end of your program which includes ur class study and u r opt .Comment

If you study a masters degree which is eligible for stem extension, then you will get stem extension. If your visa is expired, its not a problem.Comment
