OPT for 2nd MS Degree

Hi,
I have an MS in EE from Missouri univ after which I worked for 3 years. I quit and moved back to India on March 2015. I plan to come back next fall for MBA. Would this gap(18 months) out of country suffice for getting a full 12 month OPT or will I not get any OPT?

At masters level you will get only once if you go for phd level you will get again
