F-1 OPT Denied 1st attempt

I had applied for OPT and USCIS received my packet on July 13th 2015. Today, October 23rd 2015 I tracked it online and they said my OPT work authorization has been denied. Last date on my F-1 I-20 was August 8th 2015 and right now I am out-of-status.
Please suggest me what should be plan of action be.
