Ran out of OPT unemployment period

Hi

Below is my current situation.

I have been on F1- OPT from March.

After 80 days of unemployment,
I started my employment with a company.

Due to some gap in communication. After a lot of debate and discussion the company is only willing to support my employment for a certain period. And my current situation is that I have been unemployed for more than 100 days which i came to know now.

I am looking if someone can help me with a pre-dated employment that would make my F1 status valid.

I appreciate your time to read all the information about my current situation and would be happy to receive any suggestions.
