I have applied for my OPT Stem extension in October 1st week and I also received the receipt from USCIS. So, after my application for OPT Stem extension, my employer has issued me notice for my termination. I know that it would take 3-4 months for the OPT extension card to be issued. I am thinking of joining another company. So, do i need to send another application to DHS to indicate change in employment.
