OPT Stem Application - Joining date with employer wrong in I-20

My Post Completion OPT started on 1st of Feb 2015 and I was planning to join my employer on the 4th of Feb and hence I reported 4th Feb as the joining date to my school.
But then due to other reasons I joined on the 5th of Feb (the next day). I have now applied for Stem Extension with letter from employer stating the starting date as 5th of Feb, but in I-20 it's 4th of Feb. Will there be any problem because of this?

No, you should be fine, as long as the employeer is willing to explain why you started a day late it should not be an issue, and honestly, I doubt they will even ask since it is such a small amount of time.
