Did not update my first employment!!!

Hi,

I got my EAD start date as June 14 and started working with ABC company on September 15 (93 days of unemployment) I updated my employment status around September 2 with my DSO for this job and got it reflected, I figured out that I will be unemployed for 93 days so I did a voluntary intern for 2 weeks from September 2 till September 14 in my university and I also have a letter from my professor. I am now unable to update that as I already updated my work with ABC company. Will that be a problem? Please help me go about it.
